Do you do wedding photography?
I have not delved into the wedding photography world yet and I'm not sure if that is something that I want to offer. If you have a primary photographer and would like to hire me as a "second shooter" that is something I might be interested in trying out.
What time of day do you shoot?
Golden hour. It is the hour before sunset and it is the most gorgeous soft lighting that is most flattering for portraits. It also gives us all those pretty sun flares and golden hues that we love.
Do you have a studio?
I do not have a studio. I primarily shoot outdoors. I do also offer lifestyle family sessions in the client's home.
What kind of gear do you use?
I have a Canon 5 D Mark iii and a 50 mm lens that I use the most. I also have a 35 mm lens that I use from time to time.
What print labs do you recommend?
I have heard great things about Mpix, Martins, Nations, and Smallwoods. I would not recommend Walgreens as they do not print to the same color scale or quality of the images that I deliver.
